New Clients

You’re here because you’ve already taken the first step towards your financial dreams—you scheduled a consultation with our financial planners! Now, you’re probably looking for some direction on how to prepare for our first meeting together—not to worry, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
Everyone’s Story is Unique,
But Every Story with Our Team Starts the Same

With 35 years in the financial planning industry, we’ve met amazing people, heard inspiring stories, and been part of exciting financial journeys. One thing we’ve learned over the years is that everyone’s story is different, but everyone seeks out our financial planning expertise because they’re ready to grow and develop their financial plan—we can’t wait to help you do just that!

No matter what chapter of life you’re in—recently married, saving for you kids’ education, planning on retirement—all of our custom-tailored financial plans start the same: with an initial consultation. During this meeting, you’ll sit with our financial advisors and they will talk you through their fact-finding process. This includes:

  • Discussing your expenses

  • Learning about your life (family, health, hobbies, etc.)

  • Talking through your financial history (income, savings accounts, real estate, etc.)

  • Determining your financial goals

After your initial consultation is finished, you can count on them to be with you through every part of your financial journey. In order to create your custom financial plan, we’ll take the time to get to know you, your unique story, and your financial goals—and this is how your unique financial plan will begin!

You’re One Step Closer to Turning Your Dream into a Reality

As a new client, we want you to get the most of your initial consultation—we also know that successful people are busy people. So, to make things easy for you, we’ve put together a helpful checklist of all the items you’ll need for our first appointment together. These items are:

Whole service
  • A completed Estimated Expenses Worksheet (Excel or Word)

  • Your most recent business and/or personal tax return

  • Your paycheck stub

  • The most recent statements of your investments

  • Real estate purchase and payment information business agreements

  • Wills/Insurance policies

  • Employer-provided benefits and most recent statements (401(k), TDA, etc.)

We look forward to meeting with you and learning even more about your personal journey and financial dreams. If you have any questions before your initial consultation, we’re here to help, so please don’t hesitate to call us at (845) 634-6050 or send us an email.
